K.B. CLARKE COMPLETES ADDITION OF NEW WAREHOUSE AND OFFICES
In the summer of 2000, K.B. Clarke commenced the construction of its 2 level 8000 square foot steel building, offices and storage facility. The footings and frost wall were poured in under a week. The steel shell was then erected and tied in to the existing building. Once this was done and the building was weather tight we commenced with our in-floor radiant heating system, mezzanine, ozone chambers, equipment areas and other built-ins. While this was taking place the offices were being readied, as well as communications systems to ensure we have a state of the art facility. The entire project was completed in less than 5 months and we were ready to move in by late November with over 12,000 square feet of usable space.
