K.B. CLARKE RESTORES THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF RAT-INFESTED CONTENTS

In the spring of 2001, K.B. Clarke was contacted by the Department of National Defence that they had a very unique problem. Several storage areas they owned had a great deal of tenants personal affects and belongings which had been infested by rodents and a great deal of feces. The first question which was asked is could this properly be cleaned and sanitized or was it a waste of money. The items in question easily amounted to several hundred thousand dollars. After a detailed scope, K.B. Clarke felt that most of the contents could be salvaged and submitted a firm price along with 2 other restoration firms.
