K.B. Clarke TOTALLY RESTORES SACKVILLE HOME
On May 8, 2002 K.B. Clarke was called in to remove contents and provide emergency services to the Baker residence which was devastated by fire. The contents were all inventoried and moved to our warehouse for cleaning, while at the same time the burnt out shell was stabilized for security. After our bid was accepted by the insured and insurance company, demolition and reconstruction was started on June 2, 2002. Essentially the entire home was torn down to the pony walls and totally rebuilt. Numerous changes were made by the owners, mostly in the sizes and layout of the rooms, all of which are easily done during a total rebuild. The home was totally completed and ready for occupancy and packback of the remaining contents by August 22, 2002.
